every once in awhile my little boy will do that. it is like a ghost....like he is trying to run away from his bottom.
i finally looked and he had a dingleberry (poo ) stuck in his hair.
by the way, have you given him flea medicine lately? my dogs run around scared after i give them the flea medicine.
