Hi,

I'm new and Ive read a lot of great info here. Seems to be a large disagreement over crate vs pen housebreaking.

Some use a very large crate with pads/litter box inside..while others suggest using a very small crate INSIDE an exercise pen with food/water and pads/box all inside the PEN...to provide more room and comfort.

Perhaps there is no exact way...to each his own,

My question is if I decide to use the small crate(or a bed) inside a Pen, how large of an area should I allow?
