OMG THAT IS HORRIBLE!!!
yes the woman should have left a contact number, but mostly likely didnt think anything bad would happen, but the caretaker seems to have no common sense at all.... and it seems weird how the dog had gotten out and kept trying to run away... wonder what the caretaker did to scare it like that..
