The reason that it puzzles us about the licking ... it's not just a plain old lick, lick, lick! It's like a loving caress ... long thoughtful licks and she will pause and look at us like "I love you ... I love you all the way to the moon!!" Her faves are our granddaughter, Abbi, who isn't quite two and my Mom, who is almost 90!
