I still get it too. Mostly on my neck under my back jaw. I notice it's linked to stress. Also I noticed that when I went off the pill it was really really bad so I went back on it. (I'm 38)
I also get red blotches on my face on my cheeks by my nose and my forward and through my eyebrows, with dry flakey skin. I look like I have rosacea. I too think this is stress related, didn't start until my separation/divorce about 5 1/2 years ago. Heat and weather trigger it too. It's really bad after a steamy shower and when the weather changes seasons.
I hate it.
