yup it is kennel cough................. toby had it too...... the vet didnt give him anything for it because he didnt have any secondary infections .... does she have a nasal discharge(yellow or green)? are her eyelids puffy? if she has these than she has a secondary infection and needs to be put on antibiotics,...... youre vet MIGHT give you a perscription for cough surpressant but if he doesnt than you could use a little bit of children robitusin (cough and cold formula) and that shoulda help to keep the inflamation of the throat down so youre baby doesnt cough AS MUCH as before, it does get really bad for a while (and i remember staying up at night because it was so loud) but it isnt that big of a deal unless she has a secondary infection..... the attitude on this subkect is to leave it alone unless it has one of these............
keep us posted and if you cant get into the vet because of MLK jr day, than try the robitusin it should help
