My little Cheri just turned a year - I've found that she has more accidents when it rains outside or the grass is too long....I TRY to keep it cut just for her little butt...but sometimes funny things cause them to come back in and 'go' in the house - I would suggest you stay out there saying "do your business' or whatever words you use to trigger your baby to go and not come back in till they actually do it ....
Yorkies are funny little babies - I have one trained perfectly from a young age and my 2nd is the one who has accidents - but I really found talking and working with her to be the best solution. PLUS - I physically carry her out if I know she's holding it in or looking for a spot to go on...
