I was taking one pill only at nighttime. If I went to bed right after I took it, I was alright. If I stayed awake longer than 45 minutes to an hour...I was so sick in my stomach. I was down to less than a 5 a day...so I quit the smokes and quit the pills. Just couldn't stand the nausea all the time. This Wednesday will be one whole week smoke free. I just don't want them anymore. When I have an urge..I get up and go do something else. I hate smoking! I won't smoke another one no matter what.

Forgot to say that hubby said he is down to less than 1/2 pack a day with one week left to go on the pills. They didn't make him sick at all.....figures!
