In my opinion you should not be selling mixed dogs for breeding anyway and I wouldnt sell him anything. Sounds like all he cares about is starting a little puppymill and not caring what he uses to breed as long as it makes him a buck. I would just tell him your dogs are for families that want a pet and are not for breeding and if he gets mad, so what.
