Yep thats leather ear. I went thru it with Brandy. We just had it on the ear tips but I've heard it can show up on the muzzle and tail so I would imagine scrotum sack as well. I cleaned the areas with alchohol on cotton balls and rubbed in the 2% lotrimin cream about twice a day and it cleared up in a couple weeks and all the hair grew back. Dandruff shampoo is a good antifungal. If I were you I would bathe him in dandruff shampoo and apply the lotrimin cream (I got mine at the drugstore for a couple bucks).
