 3 years old
My friend has a 3.5 year old boy! He is smart as anything... he knows the word NO in english and in sign language... yet when he comes over my house, he always tries to kick my dogs! Im always telling him over & over again that he has to give the puppies kisses, not kick them. He will kiss them and then he'll be back to chasing and trying to kick them 5 mins later! Now hes only 3 so I try to have patience, but my dogs are faster than him so they have not been hurt by him, but Im sure they get tired after running away from him for 3 - 4 hours straight!! Im always telling him NO but his mom does not say a word sometimes!!! Shes been my best friends for almost 20 years, so I tell her that she has to tell him NO too! I never take my dogs to her house, bc then I'll never have control over him there! Im sorry about your stressful day! You mostly feel bad for the pup who is scared or tired and sooo not used to being treated/handled like that!
