Oh thank God she is safe now. We had some terrible teenagers around our area a couple years ago who would steel dogs and cats and then throw them out the window of their car and the amimals would hit trees or the road.
One day someone was in their yard and the saw the kids doing it the a Chihuahua and he jumped in his car and chased them down and got their licence plate # and called the police.
I hope This poor baby finds a good loveing home. Maybe the man that found her will adopt her.
