well in reto respect i do understand both sides have been on both sides and i guess what it comes down to you may have the greatest dogs in the world but untill you actually have one finish in the show ring you can really not call you'r self a show breeder show breeders have dogs that are showing and are finished even if you dog is show quality and never show's it is still just a pet i do feel everyone that breeds no matter what breed it is should at least attened a few shows to see what akc standard really is with that breed you can read all you want but i do believe that seeing the dog's that are showing gives another view on what you can base you'r breeding dogs to if you are wanting to stay within the standards
and protect what akc is asking us to do there always be a difference
of opinion between pet breeders and show always have been i guess always will be
