Sounds like those kids aren't disciplined at all! I hate when parents have no control over their kids. I always see it numerous times working (at the mall). Sometimes kids will even leave the store (I'm talking toddlers!) and the only reason I say something to the parent is because I don't want that kid to end up an Amber Alert. As for the parents though, well no comment on them!
Anyways, your puppy is adorable!
