What I do is count from the first day she first showed color.......with befoe she was bred with her first litter to the next time she showed color with her second litter. It should be approximately 6 - 8 months. Some come in the first time at 6 months. But the average is about every 8 months. I've had girls come in the first time at 10 months, the next at 9 months and then at 8 months and then stay pretty much consistent at 8 months after they've had their first litter.
