I'm from San Francisco,California and I would stare at you only to check out your tats which I have a couple myself but I would never straight out look at people strange no matter how they look because it's just plain RUDE! maybe I would be more used to it because I grew up seeing different looking styles like yours all the time but since I've moved to the subberbs it's totally different out here!!
