Head pressing usually occurs after meals...They walk along furniture or walls or the carpet, kind of pressing the side of their head into them...
Seizure are most commonly not detected because everyone expects convulsions...Staring off into space or staring blankly at the wall, drooling, shaking a bit, each of those things on their own can be indicative of a seizure.
