Well, sounds like it could be worms. My mom has her dog on heartguard plus and it is suppose to prevent heartwarms and also lists "hookworms." Well, she has hookworms and is being given meds. So if I saw white rice looking pieces of something in the stool, it may be "pieces" of a larger worm that is being passed. I would try to save the next stool sample in a airtight bag and take her to the vet tomorrow. JMO
