First of all, welcome to YT! It does sound like you could use a furry friend. I would caution you when looking for a 2-pound Yorkie. First, it's impossible for a breeder to guarantee that a dog will be under 2 pounds. If you got one that turned out to be 4, or 7, what would you do? Second, which you probably know, tinies are prone to health problems, liver shunt, fontanelle (soft spot on the head), among a long list.
Rather than get a pup and reward a breeder for breeding potentially unhealthy tinies, how about contacting a rescue organization and see if there's a tiny Yorkie or Chi that needs rescuing. One that comes to mind is
http://www.unitedyorkierescue.org/, but a local rescue might have a loving tiny for you. And adopting an adult will ensure the size and give you a health history.
Good luck.
