I hope that I don't offend anyone by saying this, but if you're low income to begin with that means that you probably don't have the money for vet visits, emergency c-sections, etc. and probably shouldn't be breeding. JMO
IMO, if you can't provide the best care for the pets that you are breeding, then please, don't even start.
