Sissy was on liquid Metronidazole (sp?) as the Pancur didn't clear her up the first time she had Giardia last year. When she got sick this last time (vomiting), and they tested for Giardia she was so loaded with it they couldn't count how much she had!!! And she had a bacterial overgrowth as well - so on the liquid Metronidazole for 10 days again. She will have a repeat stool sample next week (they wait 30 days after finishing meds) to see if she is clear. Angel was also treated as a precaution....
