I have to laugh because I have a comcast and a hotmail account. The penis enlargement spams always go to my hotmail but never my comcast.
Examples I've gotten:
Start your own business crap....
Emails about a dying royal member from a diff country who has chosen ME to inherit his will
Ebay.......start your own business
Will think of more though
Edit to add:
Spams to that say Hi, or A female's name on the subject. When I open them, it's porn bunnies
