If the Yorkie is a standard with no piebald gene, then all of the puppies will look like standard yorkies. Simply, It takes 2 recessive genes in order for the color pattern to show up.Each parents has to give one of these genes. If a parent does not have a piebald gene to give then there is not a chance for a Biewer. Hope this is not too confusing!
I didnt make myself clear on my question This is a little confusing to me but I think it is pretty interesting. I dont know alot about genetics and need to do some research I know. I was meaning to ask if the Biewer puppy was bred to a standard yorkie with the piebald gene, would your chances be better of getting a Biewer from her or would the chances be the same with all of the puppies out of that litter whether they are the standard looking ones or the Biewer? I hope I didnt totally confuse you now. LOL.....
