It could well be a false pregnancy. My girl recently went through one. Her nipples did enlarge, her stomach got a bit bigger and her girly parts swelled a bit as well.
I knew she wasnt pregnant as she wasnt exposed to an intact male, but took her to the vet because of the odd swelling of her stomach.
The vet was able to express milk from her teets. They tested it and then put her on an antibiotic.
They also wanted to do an xray to see if there were babies, but as I said, I knew there could not be.
Take her to the vet for xray next week to be sure, but fingers crossed it is a false pregnancy.
