My 3 year old, Winston walks VERY well when there's a sidewalk, like he's really concentrating...but when the sidewalk ends so does his concentration...then he just zig-zags all over the place, until we get to another sidewalk then he walks straight ahead again. I guess he needs the structure, without it he doesn't seem to know what to do, and neither do I.
