YORKIE TACO SALAD
5 or 6 corn chips ( saltless and organic)
1 small or cherry tomato cut up in tiny peices
1 tsp. tamari sauce
1/4 cup shredded cheddar
1 tsp. fresh parsley, chopped
1/4 cup cooked ground lamb or veal
Break up the corn chip into tiny peices. Mix all together and serve. |
