Val -- thanks for posting that! I have been missing my "famous" veggie soup. What I used to make had corn, peas, and lima beans in it -- too many starches for how I am now eating. But I love broccoli and cauliflower so I will give your recipe a try. Maybe I can have a new "famous" soup. LOL!
BTW -- I see we have both lost 36 pounds! Congrats!
