My girl is in heat now, we are using pampers, size small... Zoey is 5 lbs. I bought a diaper that someone had made, and Zoey hated it. It wasn't comfy for her to keep on. I just take some kind of tape, I like Athletic tape because it is so sticky, and stick it over the tabs so she can't get it off. We've done this for a week now, and things are great. The thing I like about the diapers is that if she does have to potty and I don't know it, she goes in the diaper and it doesn't go everywhere. With the one that was made, I put a pantyliner in it, but she had an accident and it soaked through and was a mess...
