I too thought about getting a Yorkie poo or anything mixed with a Yorkie for that matter. Just look at all the options. The mix breeds are not always cheaper than the purebred. The thing that made my mind up to just go for the Yorkie is that when mixing 2 purebreds together, you can never be guaranteed the outcome of the look. Like the hair, you don't know if it will be long or short or shed or not and any other physical feature. At least when I bought a Yorkie, I had a general idea of the look of my dog. Then like I said why not go ahead a pay just a little bit more to get what you truly want! Godd luck in your decision making. You can also go to dogster and put in Yorkie of the primary breed and what ever else you might want for the secondary breed and see what some JR-yorkies look like and some yorki-poos look like and that may help you too!
