I am Australian...we have super hot summers where I live (gets up to 47 degrees Celsius) and something I do for my puppies is get little bottles of water from the supermarket, empty out a little bit of water and put some kibble in the water...leave it for awhile until it is soft and then shake the bottle hard until the kibble is all broken up. Put the bottles in the freezer...and there you have it, puppy ice blocks!

Give them one in the morning when you leave and it will help keep them cool for awhile.

Another thing we do here is freeze bottles of water then wrap them in aluminum foil and leave them out for the puppies to lie against

Also a bowl of cold water in front of a fan will help keep the room cool
