My boy puppy did this when I first got him....boy was it a shock aftter my independent girl puppy!
he did get better though....he's still a cuddly sook which is actually lovely now. We have taught him to wait at the door for us when we leave the room and its gorgeous to see him lying by the door when we come back!
He will probably end up being a very loving and devoted puppy who just needs a bit of extra love and attention to get used to his new house.
Maybe give him a (dirty) piece of your clothing so he can smell you when you leave the room...might give him some comfort |
