Some breeders are counting on the fact that you've fallen in love and aren't really listening. Sad, but true....especially with these yorkies that so readily work into our hearts.

And let me add contracts are great, but they are only as good as the 2 that are signing it......trust your breeder, build a bond. Remember when you've found a breeder you aren't just buying a dog you're buying a relationship.
