She is way happier when she is clean and shiney!!
CO_yorkie_momma ... we don't dilute it either. I just put a little in my palm and rub my hands together and then begin rubbing it on her hair ... much like we do our own. I use the conditioner the same way! I also don't "thoroughly rinse it out since it can be used like a leave-in. We can't stand for Toto to smell "doggy"!!
