Last week, Siu Pao played with my friend's Cocker Spaniel and they started fighting if my friend pats Siu Pao and her dog started to get jealous. They will also fight when she has a bone and tempts Siu Pao to chase her and when he actually catches up to her and the bone, she will start to snap at him and my boy will fight back. That day, I got my hands bitten by them both because I intervened their fight. Yesterday, my friend was out and asked me to babysit for a few hours. I put all her bones and toys away. I didn't pat either of them but I made them do some sits and downs and gave treats to both at the same time and both were behaving like angels and even kissed and play for 2 hours. At the end of the 2 hours, I did hear her starting to growl, I snapped her out of it before it escalates in to something else. I guess if we know what they fight about and try to stay away from it, it helps. Also, if you can catch their growl or when they are about to start a fight, snap them out of it.

Today, we were out. I saw a cute puppy and so I pat her. Siu Pao got jealous and snap at the puppy . I guess he is really a fast learner. He was never like that but now...he gets jealous over any dogs that I praise or pat outside
