I did get my Chanel from a Breeder in Richmond TX and my suggestion is to keep looking. I don't know how much her breeder has changed her breeding program in the last 5 years, but I was very naive when we bought Chanel...I love her more than anything but don't refer her ...I just can't and feel good about it.
I'm happy to share where I got Chanel - but her breeder leaves alot to be desired & is totally in it for the money. The breeder's name Betty...llovers yorkies.
I wish I could help you more...If you do find a breeder you're interested in - there's usually someone here who has heard of them or we can try to steer you in the right direction if there are red flags
