Thanks, everyone. It's good to get confirmation of what I was thinking anyway. Basically, I've been doing just what was said. I let them work it out to a point, but if Phoebe is getting to mad, I poke her and say "ch!", but if he's being persistently annoying even after she's said no, I get after him.
