9 would be correct, because you would have started with 10. I'm not sure about three. What number did you choose to end with 3? The lowest number I can think of when starging with a two-digit is 9!!
10 divisable meant...a factor of ten, such as 10, 20, 30, 40, 50 etc. Hope that makes sense.
