I'm sorry about your furbaby and your experience! I too bought a yorkie that was sick and had problems with the breeder UNTIL my neighbor which is a breeder told me about our California Lemon Law for sale of animals because we have one for cars too. Ours state that the breeder has a few options, take the dog back and give you pick of the next litter, take the dog back and refund you ALL your money or refund you the money you bought the dog for and pay ALL medical expences! maybe there's a similar law like this that might help you. For me I told the breeder about her rights and mine abd she opted to take the puppy back and give me a refund because I did not want to deal with such a breeder again.
