Good luck in your new job !!!!

I work in the staffing industry and I interview people all day! I can tell you what I look for in a resume....

I like it to be EASY to read - not all compiled together. I don't need a 5 page resume, its best to keep it to one to two pages, so it can be read quickly.

Do not include any personal date (e.g., age, health, marital status)

List your last employer first with info such as dates of employement, Name and location (city and state) of employer, Job title and specific job details.

A nice clean, easy to read resume always catches my eye first
