Sophie went to the vet yesterday to have her booster shots and get some help with her allergies. She was taking 12.5mg of benadryl everyday and it was helping some but she still was scratching her poor little nose some. He gave her something called Hydroxyzine 25mg. He said it is a little stronger than the benadryl. So far it looks like it may be going to work. She has hardly scratched any today at all and when she did it was earlier this morning right after I gave her the meds. So maybe they just needed some time to take affect. My husband took her to his building with him and he said she sneezed a couple of times so he brought her back in and so far she is fine. Please pray this works.
I just thought I would post incase someone else was having this same trouble with their babies. Maybe this will work for them too.
Thank God Sophie's are only seasonal.
