I'm not sure if getting the ears to stand up at this age will work now, but you could try. I would recommed shaving the ear inside and out first. Then take the string out of a tampax, place it inside the ear flap, leaving about an inch of ear at the top, then tape the ear (tip to bottom) with a surgical tape that does not pull the hair. Every few days, change this. It will take at least 2 months for the ears to strengthen and stand. (if it isn't too late)
