 Leaving my Missy at home during the hot summer days
I know we have a little time before summer is here, but I wanted to be prepared.
I saw a few threads about owners leaving their Yorkie at home during the hot summer months with the air conditioner on.
Missy is about 6 months old and she is left at home alone for 5 hours at a time about 3 days a week. If I leave my air conditioner on that long, my electric bill will skyrocket. I am already leaving the radio and light on for her.
Are their any other alternatives for cooling them off?
I do have ceiling fans in a few rooms of the house, does anyone else leave their babies with only a ceiling fan? How about leaving a window fan only?
Is this dangerous?
I just didn't think about this when I got her 3 months ago. |
