One time my son's yellow lab, Casey, swiped a letter off the coffee table with her tail. My son said "Casey, pick that up!" Casey turned around, picked up the letter and laid it on the coffee table and gave him a look that said "Is that OK?" Sometimes they understand a lot more than we think.
