First crate training is stressful to you not puppy. She may argue about being in it but not only is it safe for her but she understands the rules within the house by not being allowed to run free to do as she pleases.
Have you discussed with your vet the frequent urination problem since her spaying? I would do that first to ensure no infection or issues with the spay.
As for adding another pup - congratulations! However now you have 2 pups to train b/c they won't train each other.
Housebreaking can be challenging. We don't expect our human children to be completely potty trained until 2 years of age but we ask our dogs to "get it" immediately. It takes time and a lot of patience.
If your pup is urinating all over the house I would definately see your vet and then crate train.
Best of luck!
