Inovack, you know, it's the principal of the thing. You paid for the papers you should get them. Doesn't matter if you want to burn them after you get them. Most breeders I read about will sell the pup for less if it's without the papers, makes sense. But full price for a pup with papers promised is wrong. Was your pup restricted? If so and if you happened to say something about papers don't matter when you picked up your baby, maybe they thot you don't care. Have you contacted them about the papers? Have they responded in any way? Sylvia
