Everyone is free to have their own opinion which I respect. My opinion is based on my own experiences of having dealt with many of these tiny Yorkies. Unfortuately the statistics show that a Yorkie under 3 lbs is prone to hereditary problems and birth defects.
I don't think that anyone is saying that a Yorkie will be sick simply due to its size, the problem is often that the reason a Yorkie is so tiny is because of these hereditary problems or birth defects.
