I wouldn't do that right now because you don't know if she has stones/crystals along with that UTI, and if she does...depending on what kind of stone/crystals, cranberry juice might be good or might be bad. There is something for dogs called Berry Balance by Solid Gold that is supposed to help with keeping the urinary tract healthy that is kind of like cranberry juice, but if your dog has stones/crystals of the wrong kind, this can make the condition worse.
