 How to get pee sample
How would i go about getting a pee sample from maddie. I think she might have a bladder infection. She pees way too much and only like a nickel size. I saw her squat in the garage to pee today and there wasn't even a puddle at all. My oldest male shihtzu is a marker and I had his pee tested one time. They gave me a little tray to get it in. I put a hole on each side and tied it around him with yarn. As soon as he lifted his leg outside, i took it off of him. I really don't think that would work with maddie. Any suggestions. I would hate for the vet to have to do a cathador (don't know how to spell it). She just peed outside and came in and peed a little more. She normally pees every 2 hours, which I think is too much also, it just seems to be alot more lately. She was 2 in January and weights about 6.5 lbs, shouldn't she be able to hold it for atleast 4 hours.
