I had the same response from eagle pack. I replied that every other company had happily obliged to sending me a sample, and thanked her for making it easy to remove their food from my list of brands to try. I also told her it was not an economically wise decision, as if I had liked her product I would have spent alot of money on it over the course of my dog's life
