Mines in my trunk, all packed and ready to go I'll have to get it out and see how it works.

What pins exactly are you talking about? Are they the pins that go thru the hole on the wheel bar to hold the wheel on? Hubby emailed me back and said "I can't remember"! Great help he is!!!
